I believe that massage is an important part of a wellness routine, and that regular massage can improve mobility and peace of mind.

From a young age, I loved giving my mom back massages. As an adult, I realized that I wanted to have a career in massage and bodywork to help others as I had helped her. I enjoy problem solving and developing treatment plans to help my clients feel good not just on my table, but as they move through their busy lives.

I am an almost-Florida Native who loves the outdoors, any body of water, and sharing adventures with my son.
